Comparison of Modal Analysis Results in StatiCAD and SAP2000

For simplicity, a system consisting of 4 columns and 2 storeys was modelled and analysed in StatiCAD, then exported to SAP2000 and analysed there as well.

The system was solved both with and without a rigid diaphragm. It was found that the results matched more closely in the solution without a diaphragm.
